Chandra leads the consulting team from Insights to Behavior and has over 15 years experience assisting in the process of building strong organizations. She works with school district partners to define their vision and the outcomes they would like to achieve, articulate a strategy to achieve success and build systems to fulfill the desired outcome. Throughout her career she has partnered with hundreds of districts to build programs utilizing technology to meet strategic goals. Chandra lives in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia and has two wonderful children.
