In the legal landscape of special education, there are constant subtle, and at times, significant legal developments that impact school districts’ obligations in educating students with IEPs. By taking an interactive approach, attendees will have an opportunity to closely analyze the facts of recent OAH decisions and gain a deeper understanding of their existing legal obligations.
