EB works with schools throughout California to help educators succeed, to help students succeed.  EB is a veteran of many special education due process hearings and federal and state litigation, and a frequent speaker on practical solutions to legal issues that affect delivery of instruction and services.  He is a former high school English teacher, and a devoted (and mostly dependable) husband and dad.  When he's not reminding everyone that educators make our society literally possible, EB is petting dogs, eating burritos, and extolling the Oxford comma.
