Executive Director, Student and Family Support Services
Over the course of 37 years in education, Dr. Malmo has been a teacher, coach, school site, county office, and district level administrator. She is currently the Executive Director of Student and Family Support Services for Madera Unified School District, supervising Special Services, Student Services, Community and Family Services, and Health and Wellness, School Culture and Climate and Safety and Security.
Dr. Malmo received a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from UC Davis, a Juris Doctorate from Ventura College of Law, a Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Educational Technology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from California Lutheran University. Dr. Malmo is actively engaged in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Madera, and Trinity Lutheran Church and the Fresno-Yosemite Daughter's of the American Revolution. She is happily married to John Malmo, has three adult daughters, and is a life-long student and equestrienne.
